Postnatal Recovery Yoga
Our post-natal recovery classes have been specifically designed by chartered physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Eve Ashton-Monteiro.
Eve's classes vary from week to week, but always focus on the key areas that can affect women after giving birth. Classes have been tailored to focus on restoring your strength, mobility, and confidence. Babies are welcome of course but the focus is on you!

When & How Much?
Every Monday & Friday @10am via Zoom
1 session/wk for 6 weeks - £48*
2 sessions/wk for 6 weeks - £72
*Add additional sessions @£6/class
Trial classes £8

You can pay for classes online via BACS. You're very welcome to attend a 'trial' class before paying for a block.

You'll recieve a Zoom link before each session. Follow the link just before the class starts to come and join us.
